JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to payroll processing and administration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the validation of US payroll compare and other testing activities.
  • Prepare and validate load files to support conversion and testing processes.
  • Analyze, audit, and resolve complex payroll processing issues to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in payroll reporting and payments.
  • Research and interpret regulatory requirements, resolving any tax, withholding, or compensation issues.
  • Collaborate with system programmers to enhance payroll systems and processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with ADP Global View in an operational or pay administration role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with time and attendance systems, including leave of absence processes.
  • Experience in auditing payroll inputs and outputs for variance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
