JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Logistics Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing cargo utilization and driving efficiency within our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve Load Factor metrics across all transportation modes and regions.
  • Maintain and enhance the Load Factor performance tool, ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align Load Factor strategies with business objectives.
  • Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for global reporting and operational routines.
  • Document calculation logic and business rules for Load Factor monitoring.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote tool adoption and maximize operational impact.

Skills

  • Proven experience with logistics and supply chain performance management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data using SQL or similar languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to operate in global and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical or predictive modeling techniques.
  • Prior experience in consulting or strategy roles is a plus.
