Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print, including educational content and marketing materials.
• Produce and deliver digital media assets such as videos, photos, and graphics, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, productivity, and enhance customer experience.
• Develop and transform new story ideas into compelling products that captivate our audience.
• Lead the creative process from concept to launch, including scripting, editing, and final production.
• Stay current with design and video trends to continuously elevate content quality and impact.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in video production and visual design.
• Proficient in design and editing tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong digital and print production design skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about creating visually compelling and engaging content.
