Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Design History Files.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to represent project objectives and needs.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects successfully.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Preferred Skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience with mechanical devices and understanding of related regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
