We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead innovative projects within a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and drive product development from conception to successful launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Design History Files.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to represent project objectives and needs.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related technical discipline.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects successfully.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with mechanical devices and understanding of related regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
