JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Manage and review documentation for compliance cases, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Monitor communications and escalate issues to maintain adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support reporting and analysis for compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in processes related to Ethics Point and Enhanced Underwriting, contributing to overall compliance efforts.
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and case management.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills to effectively manage compliance documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for clear stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to support documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field to provide a solid foundation for compliance operations.
  • 1–4 years of experience in insurance/securities compliance or operations to ensure effective case management.

Preferred Skills

  • Series 6 or 7 license or insurance designations to enhance compliance expertise.
  • Knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds to support compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance reporting and supervision workflows to streamline operations.
