JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting product testing and sensory facility operations. This position offers a dynamic work environment that values detail-oriented and organized individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing samples and setting up tests for sensory evaluations, ensuring everything is in order.
  • Manage the testing schedule and engage with participants during product testing sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following established safety guidelines.
  • Provide support to the Product Insights team, including conducting facility tours and maintaining records.
  • Oversee sample management and carry out maintenance tasks within the sensory facility.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, and move equipment as necessary.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a sensory, scientific, or product development laboratory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Food safety certification or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Background in food preparation or conducting taste tests.
