JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the execution of retail marketing programs from initial concept through to implementation.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and store experience teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with external partners to maintain quality standards and adhere to project timelines.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress effectively to leadership.
  • Identify potential risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure all marketing outputs meet business requirements and quality standards within budget constraints.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on retail or marketing projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Miro.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing in-store marketing, visual merchandising, or print production.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong prioritization skills to assess and focus on critical tasks.
