We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Sr. Capability Analyst. This remote role offers the opportunity to support clinical communication platforms and client onboarding processes while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for clinical communication applications, addressing issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and data flows, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Assist in the onboarding and configuration of new clients, ensuring their specific requirements are met.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to facilitate accurate and timely client deployments.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and regression testing for new features and releases.
• Document standard operating procedures and maintain knowledge base articles for support processes.

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in application support, client services, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, pharmacy, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with pharmacy data, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Basic SQL or data querying skills to support data analysis.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
