We are seeking a talented Agile Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare technology sector while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and ensure feasibility of features.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor delivery progress and remove blockers to ensure timely execution.
• Support continuous improvement of agile processes and team collaboration.

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in agile delivery roles.
• Proven experience working with Pega applications in a product or delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare or PBM environments.
• Experience with Rally or similar agile management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
