JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team with effective project coordination and administrative excellence. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive and team calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel logistics for domestic and international trips.
  • Support cross-functional projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, meeting summaries, and reports, ensuring clarity and visual presentation.
  • Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate communication and collaboration effectively.
  • Monitor project milestones and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as necessary.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, with proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management tools such as SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and document formatting abilities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Bi-lingual proficiency in additional languages based on business needs.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work culture.
