JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an Optimization Lead, where you'll spearhead conversion strategies using cutting-edge Adobe tools. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute A/B, multivariate, and AI-driven personalization tests to optimize digital experiences.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive CRO roadmap that aligns with business objectives and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze test outcomes to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with UX, content, and marketing teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure content readiness and quality assurance for personalized experiences within Adobe Experience Manager.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in Conversion Rate Optimization with a focus on Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing impactful A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services sector or similar regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in integrating Adobe Target with Customer Data Platforms or CRMs.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting purposes.
