JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr IT Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and test software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide estimates and oversee design efforts across systems.
  • Communicate progress and facilitate the resolution of technical issues during development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Participate in the conceptual design and ensure solutions are viable and aligned with business goals.
  • Recommend IT capability improvements and drive software upgrades.

Skills

  • Proficiency in platforms such as Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and AWS services.
  • Strong coding skills in languages like C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with debugging, web service development, and enterprise standards.
  • Ability to decompose complex problems and deliver effective solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and virtual machines.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like .NET, Angular, and Vue.JS.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and resources.
  • Formal certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
