JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Content Manager, where you'll lead digital content strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful web initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-office meetings in Jersey City or NYC, and a potential path to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic content plans that align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of website updates, collaborating with UX and compliance teams to ensure seamless publication.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Lead web projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize content for SEO and utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal contributors to enhance content quality and reach.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in digital content management and strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager, and Office 365.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume workloads.

Preferred Skills

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Experience in financial services or B2B/B2C marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target and personalization strategies.
  • Exposure to managing content for global websites or international product portfolios.
