JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Software Business Analyst, where you'll bridge business needs with technical requirements in a collaborative and remote environment. This role offers the chance to drive impactful solutions and align business goals with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Convert complex business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure business goals align with technical execution.
  • Facilitate consensus in technical discussions among diverse teams.
  • Identify and proactively address risks and dependencies.
  • Continuously assess and enhance internal processes and methodologies.
  • Develop expertise in application components and workflows.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of ten years as a Software Business Analyst in customer-facing web-based software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Orthodontics or Dentistry.
  • Project Management experience or skills.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Experience collaborating with UX Designers.
  • Knowledge of BDD/Gherkin Acceptance Criteria format.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards).
