JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our product portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive timely execution of marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate the Material Create Extension (MCE) process for efficient material management.
  • Oversee SKU creation and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Maintain and update product information in Salesforce.com (SFDC) to support marketing efforts.
  • Manage the sample request process to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on packaging and labeling to meet brand standards and compliance.
  • Coordinate dispenser installation with vendors and manage related logistics.
  • Post weekly back-order reports and collaborate with planners for updates.
  • Coordinate master data updates for regulatory changes and product modifications.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or product management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of SKU management and pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with packaging and labeling regulations.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
