JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Data Master, where you'll lead initiatives to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial and supplier data. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency and compliance in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement governance by establishing and enforcing vendor engagement policies.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and analyze procurement data for vendor consolidation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, collaborating with teams to align standards.
  • Manage supplier master data to maintain consistency and reliability across systems.
  • Lead data cleansing initiatives to improve data quality and automate processes.
  • Define and enforce new data rules, training stakeholders on updated policies.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, finance operations, or procurement data management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools, such as Oracle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with automation tools for data validation and cleansing.
  • Understanding of data architecture, databases, and storage solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Data Governance or Data Management.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting financial data.
