We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape user experiences for web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for key products and features from conception to execution.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on business requirements and user needs.
• Develop visually appealing mock-ups that align with brand standards and UI guidelines.
• Utilize the company's design system to craft new templates and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and support agile development processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for 6+ years.
• Strong design sensibility with expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into impactful designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for cohesive visual language.
• Strong prototyping and animation skills across various fidelity levels.
• Passion for crafting intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility principles to ensure inclusive design.
