Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for key products and features from conception to execution.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on business requirements and user needs.
- Develop visually appealing mock-ups that align with brand standards and UI guidelines.
- Utilize the company's design system to craft new templates and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and support agile development processes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for 6+ years.
- Strong design sensibility with expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into impactful designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for cohesive visual language.
- Strong prototyping and animation skills across various fidelity levels.
- Passion for crafting intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility principles to ensure inclusive design.
