Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance testing projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Create performance workload models based on thorough analysis of testing requirements.
- Allocate resources efficiently for assigned projects and lead both onsite and offshore teams.
- Compile and publish detailed reports summarizing execution, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Skills
- Extensive experience in performance testing and engineering, spanning 9-10 years.
- Proficiency with Load Runner for scripting and executing performance tests.
- Strong grasp of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record of leading large programs and portfolios.
- Expertise in driving solutions for emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience in crafting test strategies.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
