JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior QA Lead and spearhead performance testing initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive performance testing programs aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage performance testing projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance test plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Create performance workload models based on thorough analysis of testing requirements.
  • Allocate resources efficiently for assigned projects and lead both onsite and offshore teams.
  • Compile and publish detailed reports summarizing execution, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in performance testing and engineering, spanning 9-10 years.
  • Proficiency with Load Runner for scripting and executing performance tests.
  • Strong grasp of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record of leading large programs and portfolios.
  • Expertise in driving solutions for emerging technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience in crafting test strategies.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
