JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Digital Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing digital experiences. Work in a dynamic environment to improve website functionality and features.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners to identify and document business and user requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and research sessions to gather detailed requirements.
  • Transform customer needs into actionable specifications for the development team.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine user stories and set acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in task prioritization for sprint planning and manage related dependencies.
  • Ensure successful delivery and validation of new features and functionalities.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, scrum mastering, or project management in an agile setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with various business partners and work within a cross-functional scrum team.
  • Proficiency in managing and balancing multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Previous experience working on consumer-facing websites.
