Responsibilities

• Manage and execute testing initiatives across various product categories.
• Develop and implement surveys to gather insightful feedback from participants.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity on testing goals and deliverables.
• Analyze and present test data to cross-functional teams for informed decision-making.
• Support the recruitment and engagement of test program participants.
• Identify trends and propose improvements based on testing outcomes.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with survey building platforms like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
• Background in consumer insights or product evaluation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
