JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an Automation Engineer, where you'll lead the charge in designing and executing cutting-edge automated testing solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and enhance delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions based on agreed requirements, ensuring comprehensive testing and error handling.
  • Configure and execute automation commands, validating functionality with subject matter experts and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct end-to-end functionality testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in testing processes.
  • Stay updated on Digital Labor tools, recommending improvements and tracking enhancements.
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of reference architecture, improving standards and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance delivery and address issues effectively, escalating as needed.
  • Uphold a respectful and professional work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT systems delivery, including SDLC, scripting, and development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including .NET and SQL Server administration.
  • Familiarity with Digital Labor concepts and tools such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Experience in application testing, defect management, and providing production support.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with middleware technologies like ESB and MQ series.
  • Background in change and release management processes.
  • Ability to provide on-call support, including off-hours and weekends as necessary.
