JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Product Marketing Manager, where you will drive innovation in healthcare data interoperability. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product development and market strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives by monitoring advancements in healthcare technology and advocating for emerging trends.
  • Gather insights on customer experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product ideas and enhancements.
  • Define customer journeys and develop targeted communication strategies for various stakeholders.
  • Design and execute effective promotional campaigns and sales materials to engage the target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product adoption.
  • Support commercial teams by providing product expertise and assisting with day-to-day activities.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare software sectors.
  • Proven track record in innovative marketing and business development.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to develop others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare data interoperability is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with primary and secondary market research methodologies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity about customer needs.
