JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Service Analyst where you'll play a vital role in supporting business operations and client services. This onsite position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process and evaluate service requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage routine account transactions with precision and speed.
  • Coordinate document distribution via email and traditional mail, including mail merges.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to complete business services tasks.
  • Assist colleagues in meeting departmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Make informed decisions through comprehensive case analysis.
  • Organize and support office events, ensuring smooth execution and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in the corporate setting.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in a corporate office environment with a focus on professional presentation.
  • Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong ethical standards, accountability, and decisiveness.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt through onsite training.
