We are seeking a talented AI Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in generative AI and machine learning to design and implement innovative solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows for ingesting and transforming unstructured content, ensuring optimal processing for AI applications.
• Develop embedding services utilizing advanced language models and manage semantic retrieval of vectorized data.
• Build and maintain information extraction and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using cloud-based models.
• Create interactive user interfaces to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Establish GitOps automation workflows to streamline application deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and scale AI services, setting frameworks for future capabilities.

Skills

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in generative AI and machine learning infrastructure.
• Proficient in designing embedding services and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of processing unstructured data into AI-ready formats.
• Experience in integrating hosted language model services into production applications.
• Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps workflows, including infrastructure-as-code practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning techniques for language models.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, particularly AWS EKS.
• Knowledge of interactive development frameworks like React or Streamlit.
