• Manage and secure Active Directory and Azure AD accounts, overseeing permissions and security settings.
• Provide advanced end-user support, including password resets and account recovery.
• Support configuration management and validate software, ensuring comprehensive system documentation.
• Collaborate on Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification compliance efforts.
• Troubleshoot and maintain local network systems to ensure robust infrastructure performance.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to align IT systems with production and compliance standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration beyond basic help desk functions.
• Expertise with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Strong abilities in troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
