Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of enterprise AI tool deployments, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Design and execute comprehensive rollout strategies, including pilot programs and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, training requirements, and success metrics.
• Establish governance frameworks and compliance protocols for responsible AI usage.
• Create and deliver engaging communications and training materials to promote AI literacy across the organization.
• Track program health through key performance indicators and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and champion programs to enhance AI adoption and engagement.

Skills

• Proven experience in program management, particularly with large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their deployment in enterprise settings.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building custom AI solutions or engaging in prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with identity management and enterprise software deployment.
• Background in technical enablement or training program development.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
