JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Service Desk Technician, where you'll provide essential support and troubleshooting for end users in a hybrid work environment. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your technical skills while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage incidents and service requests using BeyondTrust and Jira systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues for end-users.
  • Deliver remote support using company tools for desktop access.
  • Accurately log and prioritize tickets in the Jira system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge base to improve service delivery.
  • Assist with account provisioning, password resets, and access requests.
  • Participate in projects and ensure compliance with security policies.

Skills

  • Over four years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft O365 environments.
  • Experience with hardware support, including Dell and Mac laptops.
  • Basic knowledge of network connectivity, TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID.
  • Experience with JIRA and Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and remote management tools.
  • CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications are a plus.
