JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IAM Information Security Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in safeguarding vital information and enhancing security protocols. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside top tech professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive information assets.
  • Facilitate and configure application integrations and manage IAM objects like users and API tokens.
  • Efficiently handle incidents, adhere to change management processes, and create detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IAM operations and support cloud migrations.
  • Engage with customers to manage IAM migration requests and application onboarding.

Skills

  • Minimum of three years' experience in access control with a solid understanding of IDaaS and IAM systems.
  • Proficiency in IAM technologies such as SAML, MFA, SSO, and user/group provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud environments like AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP.
  • Knowledge of additional scripting languages like Python.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and REST API integrations.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
