JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring seamless integration and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
  • Act as the Technical Product Owner for self-service and insight tools, driving enhancements in business processes and customer experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze user requirements and improve existing systems to enhance workflow and information sharing.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design techniques, principles, and computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and techniques is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA are considered a plus.
