Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
- Act as the Technical Product Owner for self-service and insight tools, driving enhancements in business processes and customer experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze user requirements and improve existing systems to enhance workflow and information sharing.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of design techniques, principles, and computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and techniques is preferred.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA are considered a plus.
