JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming telecommunications? We're seeking a dynamic Telecommunications Engineer to spearhead our migration to Microsoft Teams voice platform, ensuring seamless communication solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration efforts to Microsoft Teams voice platform, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand telephony service requirements.
  • Develop innovative telecommunication solutions tailored to user needs and business goals.
  • Create detailed specifications, flowcharts, and comprehensive Visio designs for telephony solutions.
  • Maintain and monitor telephony hardware, software, and infrastructure, addressing any deficiencies proactively.
  • Utilize scripting skills to automate processes and enhance telephony service delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Voice for telephony migration projects.
  • Expertise in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, preferably Five9.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
  • Experience in migrating legacy phone systems to modern platforms.
  • Knowledge of various telecommunication protocols and technologies like VOIP, SIP, and IP Telephony.
