Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging content for social media, including behind-the-scenes footage, branded campaigns, and culturally relevant series.
• Conceptualize and pitch creative ideas aligned with cultural events and brand objectives, bringing them to life independently.
• Conduct on-location and in-studio shoots, capturing authentic stories and personal styles with an eye for natural lighting and composition.
• Edit video and photo content for platforms like Reels and TikTok, optimizing for creative performance and audience engagement.
• Design social media assets that are platform-specific, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creator styles, and audience behavior to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in social-first content creation with a strong understanding of digital storytelling and brand alignment.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing, with a robust portfolio showcasing video content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events and campaigns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user-generated content (UGC) campaigns or influencer partnerships.
• A passion for fashion, entertainment, and purpose-driven storytelling.
• Ability to create a comfortable environment for talent during interviews and on-camera appearances.
