JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role:
  • Were looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Producer to plan, produce, and execute brand experiences that leave lasting impressions. This role goes beyond event operations and logistics - were seeking someone who understands the power of experiential marketing and can translate a brands essence into immersive, engaging, and strategically aligned experiences while simultaneously executing flawlessly.
  • From internal employee events to large-scale cultural activations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how audiences connect with our brand in the world.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse mix of experiences and events, including brand activations, internal employee experiences and events, pop-up installations, partner events, culture marketing, and large-scale engagements.
  • Conceptualize and pitch ideas that translate brand narratives into tangible experiences, blending creativity with strategic intent.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless brand integration.
  • Manage and source vendors, fabrication partners, production crews, and freelance event talent.
  • Coordinate with and manage partners across corporate operations and workplace experience including space planning, travel management, catering, security, AV/Tech, engineering, and facilities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
  • Manage on-site execution and production, ensuring every detail reflects brand excellence and audience impact.
  • Oversee permits, insurance, contracts, and safety compliance for all activations.
  • Track and measure event ROI through KPIs such as attendance, engagement, brand sentiment, lead capture, and social amplification.
  • Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, brand storytelling, spatial design, immersive tech, and consumer engagement to bring innovative thinking to each project.

Who You Are:
  • Hands-on experience managing events, with a strong portfolio of experiential or brand-focused events.
  • A passion for storytelling through space, interaction, and sensory design.
  • Strong visual sensibility, understanding of brand aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under fast moving tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in event software and tools such as Airtable, Microsoft Suite, and creative collaboration platforms like Figma and Miro.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event production windows.

Preferred:
  • Background in creative agencies, brand experience studios, or lifestyle/consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with production design, scenic builds, and spatial planning.
  • Experience working with creative directors, designers, and brand teams to bring immersive ideas to life.
  • Understanding of social media amplification strategies tied to live experiences
