JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr Program Manager and lead transformative projects within a dynamic product organization. You'll play a crucial role in managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement standards and processes across product teams.
  • Lead and influence large, cross-functional groups to align on best practices.
  • Act as a change agent to facilitate organizational transitions through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee program development, project status updates, and key milestone tracking.
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to fit within a new governance framework.
  • Enhance team efficiency by identifying and implementing workflow optimizations.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in program management, leading complex and strategic projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Expertise in identifying KPIs and analytics to measure product value.
