JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with a talented group to deliver top-notch software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software applications to ensure they meet project specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily scrums to deliver high-quality code iteratively.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Engage with analysts and customers to gather and refine product requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.
  • Research technology trends and contribute to design and platform decisions.
  • Participate in on-call duties as needed.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Postman, Selenium, and API testing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to contribute innovative solutions to enhance product quality.
