JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Materials Library Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our product lifecycle management systems. This position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options, allowing you to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the materials library to ensure it remains organized and consistent across all systems.
  • Monitor and implement vendor requests in collaboration with subject matter experts to keep materials up-to-date.
  • Manage digital material libraries, templates, and related assets efficiently.
  • Ensure material documentation is current and accurately reflects ongoing developments.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on material standards and practices.

Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex systems.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and workflow systems for efficient task management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure clarity and consistency.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or product development sectors.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or material management systems.
