JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Materials Library Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and consistency of our material documentation. Collaborate with experts to support product development by managing our digital libraries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate updates and modifications to the material library in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Ensure alignment and uniformity across digital material libraries and documentation systems.
  • Assist in the efficient management of templates and related digital assets.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support material library initiatives.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools, databases, and workflow systems.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or material management systems.
  • Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or product development.
  • Understanding of material standards and taxonomies.
