Responsibilities
- Coordinate updates and modifications to the material library in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Ensure alignment and uniformity across digital material libraries and documentation systems.
- Assist in the efficient management of templates and related digital assets.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support material library initiatives.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools, databases, and workflow systems.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or material management systems.
- Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or product development.
- Understanding of material standards and taxonomies.
