JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead innovative projects in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project scope and timelines to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to enhance team collaboration.
  • Guide team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external communications, including stakeholders and customers.
  • Effectively manage backlogs and new requests in collaboration with product owners.
  • Address conflicts and remove obstacles to boost team productivity.
  • Lead development teams toward improved scrum maturity and product ownership.
  • Convert product roadmaps into clear requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in software development and familiarity with diverse Agile frameworks.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
