JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an Event Coordination Specialist, where you will play a key role in organizing and executing exceptional events. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite at various locations, ensuring seamless logistics and a memorable experience for attendees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee onsite logistics for events, managing catering, transportation, and production to align with event goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event planners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality experiences.
  • Manage event technology integration and attendee check-in processes to enhance engagement.
  • Collect and analyze event data to provide insights for future improvements and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event workflows and processes.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning or convention management.
  • Familiarity with event analytics tools and project management software.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgeting.
