JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Manager I, where you'll lead and manage impactful projects in a regulated environment, focusing on diagnostics or medical devices. Leverage your expertise in design controls and cross-functional collaboration to drive success through the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams, including R&D, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, processes, and tools to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to project staff, ensuring quality solutions to business challenges.
  • Conduct regular tracking, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and management.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing projects in a regulated environment, particularly within diagnostics or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of design controls and the ability to navigate design review processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Ability to create and manage project timelines effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in product development and familiarity with stage gate processes for new products.
  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet for project management.
  • Understanding of diagnostic assays.
