Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete implementation of technical integrations, including data exchanges and API setups.
- Serve as the main point of contact for projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Conduct regular updates and maintain precise project tracking to guarantee timely completion.
- Translate technical requirements for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Document integration processes and develop comprehensive support materials.
- Monitor post-launch performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance processes and partner experiences.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to industry standards and internal policies.
Skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
