JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Partner Integration Implementation Manager, where you'll lead technical onboarding projects and ensure seamless API integration to enhance customer experiences. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the full implementation of technical integrations, including data exchanges and API setups.
  • Serve as the main contact for project communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular updates and maintain project tracking to ensure timely milestone delivery.
  • Translate technical concepts for a diverse audience, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, swiftly addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for each integration project.
  • Monitor post-launch integration performance and seek opportunities for optimization.
  • Support change management efforts for new processes or tools.

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information clearly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with APIs, SSO technologies, and data file transfer protocols.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar project tracking tools.
  • Background in credit card payments or partner management.
  • Experience initiating or participating in process improvement initiatives.
