Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and administration of global managed print services.
- Monitor and optimize the use of printing resources, ensuring effective device management.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage transitions with outsourced print support teams.
- Develop and provide technical documentation and training for support teams.
- Utilize IT service management systems for asset tracking and resolving incidents.
- Drive initiatives to consolidate and optimize printer models and reduce costs.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing print operations and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise print environments and HP Secure Print.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in vendor management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong project leadership capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and statement of work processes.
- Proficiency in managing third-party service providers.
