JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Workday Talent and Recruiting Consultant, where you'll have the chance to contribute to exciting projects remotely, leveraging your expertise in Workday modules to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities, maintaining accurate documentation throughout all phases.
  • Analyze system requirements and address issues promptly to optimize performance.
  • Compile comprehensive project status reports and manage schedules effectively.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of HR processes and talent management strategies.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management methodologies or certifications, such as PMP.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements in the medical device or drug industry.
  • Operational and strategic mindset with a focus on results and execution.
