Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, maintaining accurate documentation throughout all phases.
- Analyze system requirements and address issues promptly to optimize performance.
- Compile comprehensive project status reports and manage schedules effectively.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality.
- Engage in continuous improvement of HR processes and talent management strategies.
Skills
- Proven expertise in Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management methodologies or certifications, such as PMP.
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements in the medical device or drug industry.
- Operational and strategic mindset with a focus on results and execution.
