We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead data visualization strategies and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service resources for data visualization.
• Aggregate and analyze critical metrics across various initiatives, including lobbying and advocacy efforts.
• Collaborate with the Economics and Research Data Science team to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Create and manage datasets and visualizations for policy metrics and insights.
• Support ad hoc analytics needs for various teams, focusing on supply composition and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with local and regional teams to address their data and analytics requirements.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex geographic data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning model implementation.
• Familiarity with survey population sampling and analysis.
• Knowledge of R, Java, or REACT is a plus.
• Background in Public Policy, Government Affairs, or Advocacy.
