JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Contract Program Manager where you'll lead the integration of processes across the third-party lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor program activities and deliverables for optimal execution.
  • Facilitate integration across lifecycle stages such as planning, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and termination.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, dashboards, and reporting for transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, risk, IT security, and business stakeholders to resolve emerging issues.
  • Prepare materials and updates for leadership to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Skills

  • Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on third-party risk management or vendor risk.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks, regulatory expectations, or vendor risk tools.
