Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily program tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in scheduling and documenting Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), collecting data, and generating reports.
- Support the process of risk ratings and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan, test, and track disaster recovery activities.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including scheduling and follow-ups, to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills
- Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on business continuity or operational risk.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with business continuity or disaster recovery processes.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or CBCP are a plus, but not mandatory.
