JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact our digital platform and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable technical solutions for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance core tools for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Contribute to the architecture and development of backend systems using modern technologies.
  • Utilize best practices in software development, including test-driven development and continuous integration.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Analyze and implement integration and security patterns to enhance system performance.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with Java.
  • Proficiency in backend frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Groovy, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with bug tracking software like Jira.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Experience in analytical modeling and data-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern web development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to engineering challenges.
