Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to identify IT solutions tailored to user needs.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs and related hardware efficiently.
- Support and manage site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, and printers.
- Facilitate the redesign and documentation of business processes as necessary.
- Provide software support for a variety of applications, ensuring smooth operations.
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years of experience in IT, ideally within a manufacturing or similar setting.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VMware and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with printer hardware and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
