JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Data Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the transformation of our data ecosystem, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users while driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, translating business needs into actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, informing product development.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user expectations.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across delivery teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, particularly in financial services or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile practices and experience working in scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud-native product development and migration strategies.
  • Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and technical inputs into clear product requirements.
