JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the quality of raw materials and finished products.
  • Inspect and confirm incoming materials and products align with specifications.
  • Maintain and update inspection files and necessary documentation.
  • Analyze statistical data to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Support audits and contribute to developing corrective actions for nonconforming products.

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED with at least two years of related quality experience.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering prints and using measurement tools like calipers.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in office suite programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification as an ASQ Quality Inspector.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency with using a pallet jack.
  • Capability to lift between 25-50 lbs and maintain/calibrate production tools.
